Yet there are only 1.5 Million sleep studies performed per year due to a lack of specialized physicians\, as well as the lab-based locations and inconvenience of trying to get end patients to use clunky home diagnostic equipment. EerDx eliminates these barriers with a revolutionary earbud-based solution that provides accurate\, clinical-grade data in a patient-friendly\, accessible format. By making sleep studies accessible for everyone from home\, EerDx is redefining how we approach treating sleep conditions. \nOur target markets are the 8\,000 existing sleep medicine providers and emerging telehealth platforms who need a simpler\, more comfortable diagnostic solution and are reimbursed under the existing set of diagnostic codes. These providers would also like to move more low complexity patients from non-profitable in-lab to home sleep tests and just focus on serving the highest complexity and paying patients in the sleep lab\, but the current technology is not accurate enough.
